APC chief abducted last week found dead
The APC chieftain that seven gunmen snatched last Thursday in Ondo has been found dead around Sabomi and Igbotu in Ese Odo LGA of the state.
Olumide Odimayo, aka Londoner, was said to be kidnapped not long after he came to Nigeria from the U.K.
A source told Sahara Reporters that vigilante group that went on a search found the body Monday, and broke the news to the Igbotu community.
There are speculations he might have died as a result of stress.

“The tragic death of Mr. Olumide Odimayo is a rude shock to us in the party because this is someone who came from London and started the struggle with us,” the party spokesman in the state, Omo’ba Abayomi Adesanya, said.
The local group has arrested two people suspected to be involved in the kidnap.
