Bandits overrun Birnin Gwari LGA, Kaduna State

• Kill two policemen

The Nigeria Police suffered casualty when bandits invaded certain communities in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area, Kaduna State. Two policemen were said to be killed by the bandits during exchange of gunfire.
The policemen were said to be killed during a gun battle with the bandits who invaded Kakangi community in Birnin Gwari Local Government on Saturday evening.
It was gathered that the bandits arrived the Police station at Kakangi, opening fire at they made their way.
The bandits from there proceeded to destroying houses and killing innocent citizens, including gathering at a wedding ceremony.
The State Police Command in Kaduna State was said to have confirmed the attack, noting that three of the bandits were also killed in the gunfire.
