Bandits raid border community, kill 2, kidnap 3 in Katsina
Bandits, in possession of sophisticated weapons, struck at the Magamar Jibia border area in Jibia Local Government Area, Katsina State, on Saturday night, killing two passengers on transit, and kidnapped three others. The bandits were said to have raided the border community at about 9.15pm on Saturday.
They had already attacked two vehicles along the road where they killed two passengers and kidnapped three others before the intervention of the joint police/military team.
