Bandits strike again in Zamfara, kidnap 5 SSS students
Bandits have struck again, kidnapping five Senior Secondary School Students (SSS) students in Jangeru, adjacent to Birnin Yaro, Shinkafi Local Government Area, Zamfara State. The kidnapped students were identified to include two females and three males, who are in their final year in a public secondary School.
The students were said to be kidnapped on their way back from the school where they sat for the West African Examination Council (WAEC).
The kidnappers are yet to make any demand for ransom.
Kidnapping by bandits has become rampant in Zamfara State despite efforts by the government to restore security in the state.
