Barcelona saviour Luis Suarez named All Football Player of the Week again
Barcelona striker Luis Suarez has been named All Football Player of the Week for a second time in a row,National Daily learnt.
Suarez highlights our All Football Team of the Week and was selected as a competitive candidate in our All Football Player of the Week Vote, in which he casts the most votes beating Sterling, Neymar & Co to the award.
The Uruguayan earned Barcelona a 3-2 comeback victory over Vallecano last weekend with two goals. He saved Barca from shock defeat at 90-min with sliding shot after he opened the scoring for Catalans early in the first half, after which the Barca striker became the top scorer in La Liga.
There were fears at Barca when Messi suffered injury two weeks ago, but the 31-year-old stepped up and took the stage with convincing performances, and has been hitting back at critics in the best possible way.
Will Suarez reap All Football Player of the Week award with ‘hat-trick’ in next week’s votation? Nothing is impossible!
