Breaking: Amuwo-Odofin mourns over Hon. Adegeye’s death
The All Progressives Congress (APC) political family in Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos State, has been thrown into a mourning session following the demise of a former Lagos Lawmaker, Hon Risikat Ajoke Adegeye, who died early hours of Tuesday.
Adegeye represented Amuwo-Odofin constituency 1 in the Lagos state House of Assembly between 2011-2015 ( 7th Assembly).
The Secretary of Lagos Legislators Forum, Hon. Dipo Olorunrinu, who was one of the early callers at the deceased abode, confirmed the demise of the late lawmaker while speaking with Sunrise.ng on phone.
She was the wife of Popular Juju Maestro, King Sunny Ade.
The 62 years old late Hon.Adegeye was disclosed by the Geye Solidarity Group in Amuwo-Odofin, in a statement signed by its spokesman Engr. Sei Ipinlaye the SLG Amuwo-Odofin to have died after a brief illness.
The group also hinted that further information about her burial rites will be communicated much later.
Late Hon.Adegeye was also a two terms commissioner at the Lagos House of Assembly Service Commission (LAHASCOM).
