BREAKING: Two persons rescued as chopper crashes into Lagos building
It was a moment of severe panic at Oba Akran, Ikeja area of Lagos State on Tuesday afternoon. A yet to be identified helicopter was reported to have crashed into a building, and burst into flames.
National Daily gathered that the incident happened adjacent AP Filling Station, and United Bank For Africa, Oba Akran.
And according to an eyewitness, the incident happened at about 3.30pm.
Meanwhile, two persons have been reported to have been rescued, The South West coordinator of the agency, Ibrahim Farinloye said that the control tower stated that two people were onboard the crashed chopper.
Men of the Lagos Fire and Rescue Service are already on ground for further emergency operation to salvage the situation.
