Buhari departs Nigeria for Japan for TICAD7
President Muhammadu Buhari is scheduled to depart Abuja on Sunday for Japan to attend the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7) in the City of Yokohama, Japan, which holds on August 28-30, 2019.
It was said that President Buhari’s participation in the conference will be his second attendance after attending TICAD6 in Nairobi, Kenya, in August 2016.
With the theme, “Africa and Yokohama, Sharing Passion for the Future,” the Opening Session of TICAD7 will be performed by the Japanese Prime Minister and host, Shinzo Abe.
