This is very dangerous to your health as well as your baby. Avoid wine, beer, and liquor during your pregnancy. This is because alcohol passes quickly from your bloodstream through the placenta and umbilical cord to your baby, and this can harm your developing baby’s brain and organs.
Sitting or standing for too long
When you are pregnant, it is not advisable to always remain in the same position either sitting or standing for too long. It can affect your health and that of your baby. Try as much as possible to move around if you’ve been seated, or to put your legs up if you’ve been on your feet.
