In addition, Adekomaiya ordered that the case file be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions for legal advice.
He adjourned the case to Nov.25, for ruling in Amos’ bail application and the DPP advice will be considered.
Earlier, the police prosecutor, Ayodele Adeosun, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Sept.22, at about 3.00.p.m. at Caroline Area of Aradagun, Badagry, Lagos.
Adeosun said defiling minor is an offence that contravened the provisions of sections 137 and 261 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015.
