Covid-19: Confirmed cases nearing 2500 as fatality increases
No fewer than 490 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Saturday, bringing the total number of infections to 24,567 in the country.
And according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, COVID-19 fatalities in Nigeria have increased to 565.
Data from the health agency showed that Lagos, Delta and Ebonyi states recorded highest cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
