Davido Beats Rema, Tyla to Win Best International Act at 2026 LEA

Afrobeats star Davido has won the Best International Act award at the 2026 Liberian Entertainment Awards, beating competitors including Gunna, Rema and Tyla.

The award was presented on April 25 at a ceremony held at the Lisner Auditorium.

Music platform ChartsAfrica confirmed the win in a post on X, stating that Davido clinched the prestigious category at this year’s edition.

The recognition adds to the singer’s growing list of international accolades and highlights the continued global rise of Afrobeats. It also underscores the strong presence of Nigerian artistes on major international award stages.

Founded in 2009, the Liberian Entertainment Awards celebrate excellence across music, film, fashion, sports and community service, with a focus on honouring Liberian talent both at home and in the diaspora.
