DPO abducted in Edo state regains his freedom
The Divisional Police Officer in charge of Fugar division in Edo state, CSP Ibrahim Aliyu Ishaq, who was abducted by suspected kidnappers along Ise river along old Auchi – Ekperi- Agenebode road in Edo State on Friday, November 26, has regained his freedom.
The arrest of some suspects over the abduction led to the freedom of Ishaq.
Confirming this development to newsmen, the PPRO of the state command, SO Kontongs Bello, said;
”This is to inform officers, men of the Command, and the press that CSP Ibrahim Ishaq DPO Fugar has been rescued by the command operatives from the kidnappers’ den.
Thank God for the ruggedness of the CP, Philip Ogbadu.”
