Fintiri orders payment Of N70,000 Minimum Wage
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State, on Monday, ordered the payment of N70,000 minimum wage to workers in the state.
The directive marked the implementation of the N70,000 minimum wage in the state, a policy that has been in implementation in Edo State before the agreement was reached with the Organised Labour.
According to the governor, @GovernorAUF “As a demonstration of our commitment to the welfare of workers in Adamawa State, I have approved the payment of a N70,000 minimum wage starting this August.
“Our civil servants deserve this and more. Together, we will continue to build a prosperous future for all.”
