Gbenga Ayefele’s Fresh FM ruffled, robbed during live programme
Fresh FM in Ibadan was robbed on Sunday morning by a three robbers while broadcasting was going on.
Gbenga Ayefele, the owner and broadcaster himself, was however not in the office at the time of the incident.
The robbers dispossessed staff on duty of laptops, phones and other items.
No one was hurt.
“Nowhere is safe again, not even radio stations are spared again in d porous level of insecurity in the country My radio station was robbed by 3 armed men this morning around 6.15 am. Phones, laptops, ATM cards, and gadgets were taken away but no one was hurt,” a staffer Kenny Ogunmiloro tweeted.
