Osun Babes Midfielder Sarah Ilodubah was on fire during their weekend game scoring two beautiful goals for her side. Her first was a breath taking blast from 22 yards that took the crowd into wild jubilation, while her second of the game came from a great ball dabbed from 18 yard into the far corner of the net to make it 4-3 in favour of her team.
Ilodubah who couldn’t hide her excitement over her brace, said it was indeed a big honour to have scored in front of the home crowd who have always showed support to her and hopes she can reward them with more goals.
She said It is quite unusual for me to score, not alone scoring two goals in a game. I felt so proud of myself and my teammates. They have always supported me. It was an exciting, momentous occasion for me.

The Nsugbe born defensive midfielder who also poured showers of praises to God almighty, saying the two goals was dedicated to him as he has never let her down before.
Presenting the “man of the match” award to her, the secretary of Osun Babes FC , Mrs Ronke Ogunbanwo Ajibola lavished praises on her for being a good ambassador of the club and urged her to keep working hard so as to attain greatness in the coming years.
” Sarah has been a great player for us, as she is a hard worker and a serious minded player, all these qualities she brings into her game on match days. I know she will continue with this kind of perfomance”
The Nigerian Women Premier league side Osun Babes FC will play their next game against Ibom Angels on Sunday the 12th of June in Uyo and are currently topping the table of the Group A of the NWPL after 3games played with 7points.
