Have you seen this before? – Joe Igbokwe reacts to a video of ice blocks raining down in Ogun state
A former spokesperson of All Progressive Congress (APC), Lagos State chapter, Joe Igbokwe, has taken to his official Facebook page a few hours ago to react to a video showing the moment ice-block was raining down in Ogun state, Nigeria.
According to the video, some inhabitants of Ogun state were seen talking-about the rain as they were amazed to see such a rain in Nigeria. However, some inhabitants of Ogun state made it known that this was the first time they are seeing such a rain in the state as they compared the state to being abroad, some people stepped into the rain to pick up some ice chunks as they tried to bite it in order to confirm if it’s real.

Reacting to this video, the exceptionally boisterous APC supporter, and special adviser to the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on drainage and water resources, Joe Igbokwe asked if anyone had ever witnessed rain that falls in the form of Ice blocks.
According to his words, he said, “Have you seen this before? Rains of ice blocks in Ogun state, Nigeria”.
