“I killed my girlfriend on the new year eve” – Suspect confesses
Brian Waweru a 25 year old man will today be arraigned in court after he confessed to killing his 24 year old girlfriend, Evelyn Wanjiru at his one bedroom rented house.
The source has revealed that Brian was nabbed at Ndenderu Township by sleuths yesterday after the body of his girlfriend was found in his house.
The 25 year old man has confessed that he killed his girlfriend and has also led the detectives to where he had hidden the murder weapon.
The police has also revealed that Brian Waweru and his late girlfriend have not been talking since October 2021 after Brian allegedly assaulted her. The case was still pending in Kiambu Law courts, Waweru was released on bail.
Recently reports reveal that Brian Waweru approached the deceased and she forgave him and they started talking and seeing each other once again.
The body of the deceased was found by Brian’s aunt who reported the case to the police. According to the reports she found her body decomposing in the duvet.
