Just in: Unknown gunmen kidnap Bayelsa state commissioner
Bayelsa State Commissioner for Trade and Commence, Mr Otokito Federal Oparmiola, has been kidnapped.
Otokito was said to have been kidnapped by armed men at his residence at Otuokpoti, Ogbia Local Government area last night.
The gunmen were said to have invaded the community at about 11 pm on Thursday, shooting sporadically into the air to scare people away before proceeding into the commissioner’s residence.
