Kano Pillars fans want Everton in Kano

Former Abia Warriors coach, Raphael Everton, might be on his way to Kano to team up with Aiteo Cup finalist, Kano Pillars.

The Brazilian remains the favorite to take over as the Technical Adviser of the four time Nigeria Professional Football League Champions.

One of the fans who spoke with our correspondent on condition of anonymity said himself and some others were of the opinion that the coach has what it takes to win titles for the club.

“So unfortunate that we lost the final of the Aiteo Cup in such manner,” the source said.

“Everton performed well with IfeanyiUbah and we want him in Kano to help our club.

“We already taken our request to the governor and hopefully, he will listen to us and give us Everton.
