Lagos Police command gets new spokesperson

The Lagos State police command has approved the appointment of Mrs. Dolapo Badmos, a Superintendent of police (SP) as the new Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO)
She replaces DSP Joe Offor who has been in the position since his appointment on 9th September 2015 as the Command Image maker.
The new spokesperson, Badmos, was enlisted into the force on 1st August 2002 as a cadet officer. She has served in various capacity like the federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command Abuja. Until her appointment, she was the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) Isokoko Agege Lagos State.
She became the third female police personnel to be appointed in that capacity in Lagos.
The first was Ngozi Conchita Braide, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (W/DSP) who served between 11th July 2012 to 25th September 2014. And another female image maker of the command was Patricia Idahosa Amadin a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) who served between 24th July to 9th September 2015.
The new police image maker has assured that she would project the image of the command and to cooperate with the media and members of the public.
