Landlord’s son demands goat, N100,000, others from tenant for father’s burial
A social media user, Oge Kings has shared the letter itemising the things expected of him after his landlord died.
Kings, who shared the letter on Twitter did so in response to a viral letter purportedly written by the Olu of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi asking the Osun State government for money for his wedding to a Kano princess.
He shared the letter addressed to him with the caption, “You never see anything sef . My landlord just died and his son wrote a list of items that I will give to him as his tenant for his burial rites.”
Part of the items he’s expected to provide include, a live goat, N100,000, malt drinks, alcoholic drinks and others.
