“Low-key” walk for Tinubu in the south makes Obidients tick again
As supporters of LP’s presidential candidate Peter Obi known for online violence continue their show of support in solidarity walks, the APC youth have found their hot feet, and hit the streets.
Crowds of the ruling party’s youth organized a walk for their candidate Bola Tinubu in Ibadan on Thursday.
According to Hon. Akin Alabi on Twitter, his former counterpart Lam Adesina initiated it.
” Before the campaigns start, let’s just organise something small for Asiwaju,” he quoted Lam Adeshina as saying.
“We just made it low key,” referring to the sea of heads that filled up the Oke Ado road where the walk took place.
Chins have started wagging.
The responses, mostly from the ‘Obidients’, doubted the genuiness of the crowd.
While some claimed the walkers were rented for N2000 , others called the APC jobless for rallying on a Thursday.
But Tinubu’s men, including his campaign spokesman Festus Keyamo, have been sharing the photos online.
The walk, the National Daily reports, followed an interactive session the PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar had with his party men in the Oyo capital on Wednesday.
