Mentally deranged man jumped to death after mob found these items on him

A mentally deranged man, who was suspected to be a kidnapper has jumped to death in the Molete area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital yesterday, while he was trying to escape from an angry mob that set him ablaze.

National Daily gathered that before mob descended on him, the mentally deranged man was seen by some people while he was receiving a package from an unidentified persons who were in a private car on the Molete bridge and as soon as the car zoomed off, the people accosted him in order to know what he received from those people. When they searched him, they discovered that it was N7m cheque, an iPhone and a cutlass and due to this, they descended on him.

It was revealed that when they set the mentally deranged man ablaze, he rose up and jumped down from the bridge in order to escape but, could not stand up again when he landed as the angry mob continued to pour fuel on his body untill he finally gave up the ghost.
