Mixed reactions as Isaac Fayose lists 9 investments owned by Adeleke in Osun State
Reactions have trailed the investments owned by the Adeleke’s in Ede, Osun State, after being listed by the brother of the former governor of Ekiti State, Isaac Fayose.
Many people who are familiar with elections in Osun State and the state in general have been sharing their views about the candidates that will be on the ballot and whom amongst them will perform better if elected.
Ademola Adeleke, a member of Adeleke’s family, is the governorship candidate of the People Democratic Party, PDP, in the forthcoming Osun State Election slated for July 16th. The Adeleke’s family are respected and popular in Osun State, especially in Ede and its environs, as many people that have had encounters with the family have narrated their experience.
Many wealthy families in Nigeria’s various states have failed to make any investments in their respective states or even in the country as many of them preferred to invest elsewhere.
In light of this, Isaac Fayose took to his Facebook page and listed nine investments established by Adeleke’s family in Ede. The investment ranges from primary school to university, bank, farm, and others.
Reactions have followed the location of Adeleke’s investment after being listed by Fayose, as some people stated that only Ede people would vote for him since he concentrated all his businesses in the town, while others appreciated the family and wished other rich families could also invest in their community rather than doing them outside.
