NDLEA marks Kyari’s Maiduguri houses, shopping plaza for investigation
Six residential houses and one plaza in Maiduguri belonging to the embattled former Intelligence Response Team chief, Abba Kyari, were designated as under investigation by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Monday.
Assurance Plaza, a two-story retail mall on Maiduguri’s Giwa Barracks Road, includes approximately 100 stores.
The NDLEA had also identified six other residential residences in Maiduguri’s New Government Residential Area that reportedly belonged to the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police.
