Nwakaeme bags brace as Trabzonspor thump Galatasaray
Nigeria international Anthony Nwakaeme scored two goals and assisted another as Trabzonspor thrashed champions Galatasaray 4-0 on recently, National Daily learnt.
Ogenyi Onazi opened scores for Trabzonspor, before Man-of-the-match Nwakaeme bagged his brace and assisted the fourth goal in injury time.
Before this loss, Galatasaray were top of the table, after a 100% start to the season.
Nwakaeme ditched a big money move to China, to settle in Trabzon in order to boost his Super Eagles chance.
