Oborevwori hails Uduaghan’s contributions as ex-governor turns 70
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated former Governor Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan on his 70th birthday, praising his remarkable contributions to the state’s development.
In a statement issued by Chief Press Secretary Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori expressed deep gratitude to God for Uduaghan’s life and many achievements, highlighting his enduring impact on Delta State and Nigeria.
Oborevwori commended Uduaghan for his instrumental support in his emergence as governor, acknowledging the former leader’s legacy of transformative projects in the state.
Some of the iconic infrastructure initiatives, particularly in the state capital, stand as lasting testaments to Uduaghan’s time in office.

Describing Uduaghan as “a compassionate, detribalized leader and elder statesman of repute,” Oborevwori noted that his influence on the state’s growth and progress would be remembered for generations.

Governor Oborevwori called on the former governor to continue offering guidance to the state and its people, praying for God’s continued blessings of health and long life.
