Okowa wins as Tribunal dismisses APC, LP petitions
Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State has been declared winner of the April 11, 2015, governorship election in the state by the Governorship election Petition Tribunal in Asaba.
The Tribunal in its judgment this Monday dismissed the petitions filed by Olorogun O’tegha Emerhor, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Great Ovedje Ogboru, governorship candidate of the Labour Party.
