One dead, others injured in Abuja building collapse
The search and rescue operations at a collapsed three-storey building in Kubwa, Abuja, has resulted in the recovery of one dead body, including some victims rescued with serious injuries.
The collapsed building was said to under construction along Hamza Abdullahi Street, off Gado Nasco Road.
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps had said that the building collapsed in the early hours of Friday.
The rescue operations continue.
