Otuaro behaviourally, intellectually equipped for Delta, says group
The Otu Wenem Ro group in Ika federal constituency of Delta state has thrown its weight behind the governorship ambition of the Deputy Governor, Hon. Barr. Kingsley Otauro comes 2023, noting that he is behaviourally and intellectually equipped for the job.
The group spoke to journalists immediately after their enlarged meeting which was held in the Chairman’s residence, Mr. Nwachoko Ifeanyi, at Boji Boji metropolis,
The group stated that, Hon. Barr. Kingsley Otuaro is the most viable candidate whose technocratic disposition was the reason Governor Okowa’s administration made tremendous achievements.

According to Mr. Ifeanyi, Barr. Otuaro who hail from one of the prominent ethnic groups in the state, is a balanced and greater thinker who has been the best and unbeatable deputy governor of Delta State
He further stated that beyond the ethnic background considerations, Mr Otuaro shows sound evidence of great leadership qualities which, he noted, was the core driving inspiration when choosing a leader.
Continuing, the Chairman emphasized that one of the credentials of Barr. Kingsley Otuaro was that he is trained conflict and peace resolution expert, who had his masters in one of the best universities in Nigeria and Also Africa, by which competence is well equipped, in piloting Governor Okows’s SMART agenda which he noted was principally pivoted on peace and capacity building.
While enumerating the Deputy Governor’s personality, the group described him as someone with phenomenal humility, meekness and loyalty. His intellectual radiance attracts people to him.
Speaking also, the scribe of the group, Mrs. Abaye, made reference to Okowa’s infrastructural achievements, adding that, brotherhood without equity is falsehood
She noted that Otuaro’s contributions to the SMART and Stronger Delta mantra was breathtaking and a major motivation for their supportive intentions.
