A party delegate has gotten tongues wagging after showing off the exotic and brand new whip he acquired after several party primaries.

The man identified as Chief Agworo was seen in the video looking so happy as he received hearty cheers from youths who were present at the venue.

This is coming after netizens alleged that there was a stupendous ‘dollar-play’ during the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP presidential election as delegates received thousands of dollars in exchange for their votes.

This recent video has now triggered a lot of questions from social media users.
