PDP holds State Congress to elect new Excos in Kogi
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Working Committee (NWC) on Friday revealed the preparations for conduct of State Congress to elect new members of the State Executive Council in Kogi State.
PDP National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, had in Lokoja on Friday, explained that the new leadership if the state PDP would succeed current state officers whose tenure will end on July 22, 2019.

Olofbondiyan noted that the congress will not hold at local government and wards.
He said that the date and guidelines for the Governorship primary election for the November 16 polls in Kogi will be announced later on.
The PDP National Publicity Secretary appealed for the understanding and cooperation of all stakeholders in Kogi State to ensure victory for the party in the November 16, 2019 governorship elections in Kogi and Bayelsa states.
