PDP rejects result in Kaduna Central Senatorial
- Heads to court
The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Kaduna Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly election, Lawal Usman, has rejected the result of the poll, and he is heading to court to contest the result.
At a press briefing in Kaduna, Lawal said the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, doctored the results of the election as there is enough evidence to show the victory of the ruling party.
The PDP senatorial candidate also alleged that agents of the party were intimidated and harassed by the APC in order to have their way to manipulate and concoct results.
