Poco Lee faces rape allegation as unverified UK arrest report spreads online
Nigerian dancer and singer Poco Lee has become the subject of a rape allegation following reports circulating on social media claiming that the entertainer was arrested in the United Kingdom.
The reports have not been independently verified, and there is no confirmed information from UK authorities establishing that Poco Lee, whose real name is Iwe Pascal, has been arrested over the allegation.
The controversy followed comments by a woman identified as Ms Jorji, who, in a video circulating online, alleged that Poco Lee attempted to rape her girlfriend approximately two years ago.
Ms Jorji did not, in the video reviewed, provide details of a police report, court proceeding or other independent evidence to substantiate the allegation.
It was also not immediately established whether the alleged incident was reported to law enforcement authorities when it reportedly occurred.
The accusation has nevertheless generated significant reactions on social media, with users calling on the parties involved to provide further clarification and urging caution until the claims can be independently established.
Arrest Report Remains Unconfirmed
The rape allegation emerged alongside claims that Poco Lee had been arrested in the UK.
However, as of the time of filing this report, there had been no independent confirmation from UK law enforcement or court authorities that the entertainer had been arrested in connection with the allegation.
The circumstances surrounding the reported arrest therefore remain unclear.

There is also no publicly established information indicating that charges have been filed against Poco Lee or that any court has determined the veracity of the allegation.
Allegation Dates Back About Two Years
According to Ms Jorji’s account, the alleged incident involving her girlfriend occurred approximately two years ago.
She alleged that Poco Lee attempted to sexually assault the woman.
However, the circumstances surrounding the alleged encounter, including where it occurred, whether other witnesses were present and whether a formal complaint was subsequently made, could not be independently established from the information currently available.
The absence of independently verified evidence means the allegation remains an unproven claim.
Who Is Poco Lee?
Poco Lee is one of Nigeria’s prominent dancers and entertainers.
He rose to prominence through his energetic dance performances and collaborations with several leading Nigerian artistes before expanding his career into music and other entertainment activities.
His popularity has contributed to the widespread attention surrounding the latest allegations and the unverified reports concerning his purported arrest in the United Kingdom.
No Official Confirmation Yet
The seriousness of the allegation has heightened interest in whether the matter has been formally reported to UK authorities and whether any investigation is underway.
As of publication, neither the alleged incident nor the reported arrest had been independently established.
Poco Lee had also not been publicly confirmed to have been arrested or charged in connection with the allegation.
Any response from the entertainer, his representatives, the alleged victim or relevant UK authorities could provide further clarity on the matter.
For now, the claims made by Ms Jorji remain allegations and should not be treated as established facts.
The development also highlights the speed with which serious allegations involving public figures can spread across social media, particularly when they are accompanied by unverified claims of arrest or criminal proceedings.
Further information from law enforcement authorities or the parties directly involved will be required to establish whether a formal complaint was made, whether an investigation exists and what, if any, legal action has been taken.
