Reactions as Adamu & Tinubu shakes hand at a meeting with President Buhari despite sanction threats
Reactions have trailed the picture of the All Progressives Congress National Leader and Presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu after it was reported in the news media across the country that the National Chairman had threatened to sanction Tinubu over his utterances that he made President Muhammadu Buhari the president.
Nigerians reacted to the picture after it was shared by an aide to the President ‘Buhari Sallau’ with the caption “President Muhammadu Buhari meets with APC Presidential Aspirants in Abuja on 4th June 2022” as follows.
Normally, this will generate reactions among Nigerians because of the Brouhaha that came after the National Chairman was quoted to have said that he will sanction the APC National Leader and the denial by the National Working Committee that the National Chairman is on his own and not the opinion of the NWC.
The meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari is intended to solve the problem of zoning and consensus in the party. And as well give hope to all the Presidential aspirants that they will be allowed to have their day at the primary election scheduled for June 6th and 7th.
