Religion ‘weaponised’ against the poor – Aisha Yesufu
A renown human right activist, Aisha Yesufu, has berated the Hisbah security operatives in Kano State over inhuman treatment of student in Kano State for not being a Muslim.
Aisha Yesufu, lamenting over a report by @SaharaReporterstitled: “Islamic Police, Hisbah Officials, Shave Hair Of Secondary School Pupils In Kano For Being ‘UnIslamic’”, declared that religion is being ‘weaponised’ against the poor.
Aisha also protested that while government schools are usually dilapidated, private schools where the children of the masters attend are never.
According to Aisha Yesufu @AishaYesufu “As usual, in a dilapidated government school, never at the private schools that the children of their masters are.
