Security agencies, NASS must ensure safety of public, private schools in Abuja – Shehu Sani
Shehu Sani, who represented Kaduna Central in the 8th Senate, has warned the FCT and National Assembly over insecurity and kidnappings on the Abuja-Kaduna road.
In a post on today, he advised the National Assembly and security agencies to ensure the safety of both private and public schools in Abuja as kidnapping heightens.
His tweet read: “As the wave of Banditry and kidnappings edges into Abuja, the Ministry of the FCT, security agencies and he NASS must ensure the safety of both the public and private schools within the territory.
“The safety of the people and the diplomatic community must be taken seriously.”
The warning comes hours after bandits attacked some passengers and kidnapped others along Abuja-Kaduna road on Sunday night, November 21.
