Senator Shehu Sani reacts after gunmen attacked Sen Ifeanyi Uba’s convoy
In a report making waves on social media, it was reported that yet to be identified gunmen attacked senator Ifeanyi Uba’s convoy in Nkwo Enugu Ukwu Anambra State, at about 1700hrs on Sunday, September 11th, 2022. Three of his aides were killed in the attack, including three policemen during the attack, however, Senator Ifeanyi Uba managed to escape.
Some Nigerians have however reacted to the attack on Senator Ifeanyi Uba and amongst the Nigerians that have reacted to it is former Nigerian senator, Senator Shehu Sani. In his reaction, Senator Shehu Sani released a statement via his twitter handle, where he condemned the attack on Senator Ifeanyi Uba’s convoy.
He said, “The attack on senator Ifeanyi Uba and the killing of his aides is unfortunate, tragic and condemnable”.

We hope that the security operatives would conduct an investigation into this attack and arrest the peneprators of this act.
