Singer, Miley Cyrus plane struck by lightning
Singer, Miley Cyrus, has said that she’s safe after her flight to Asunción in Paraguay was forced to make an emergency landing after it was struck by lightning.
The singer, who was meant to headline the Asunciónico festival issued a statement on her Instagram page on Wednesday.
Cyrus said, “To my fans and everyone worried after hearing about my flight to Asunción. Our plane was caught in a major unexpected storm and struck by lighting. My crew, band, friends and family who were all travelling with me are safe after an emergency landing.”
