Speaker dies of undisclosed illness
Oyo State House of Assembly has lost its Speaker Micheal Adeyemo.
The lawmaker died Friday morning.
The cause of his death is not known yet, but his remains have been taken to mortuary.
Adeyemo, born to the Adeyemo Family of Alaarun compound, Lanlate, Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo, was the first child of the family.
The 47-year-old politician had his primary and secondary school education at IMG, Oke Ado, Ibadan and Celestial Church High School, Oke Ado, Ibadan resectively.
He later had two first degrees–one from the University of Port Harcourt and the other from the University of Ibadan.
He was deputy chief whip in his first term in 7th assembly.
