Terror Attack: Actress, Toyin Abraham, carpets ‘Buharists’ who tolled late Dr Chinelo
Actress, Toyin Abraham Ajewole, has chided some of the supporters of the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.)’s regime, for dismissing the tweet of late Dr Chinelo Megafu asking for prayers.
Dr Megafu had been shot during the terror attack on the Abuja-Kaduna train on Monday night. Her death was confirmed on Tuesday morning.
She had tweeted, “I’m in the train. I have been shot, please pray for me.”
Some pro-government tweeps had dismissed her tweets as a means of gaining attention.
In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, Mrs Ajewole expressed her grief at the attack and death of Dr Megafu.
She said, “Nothing typifies our lack of soul and humanity than the story of late Dr Chinelo. How can she reach out on social media for help and all some people could think about is how good or bad the government of the day would look like? Humanity is not about party?”
