The Address Homes: Constantly pushing boundaries in housing solutions

Chairman of The Address Homes, Bisi Onasanya, says through innovative housing solutions, his company is constantly pushing the boundaries in building modern and exquisitely comfortable homes that are sustainable and affordable to Nigerians both at home and in diaspora.

At an interactive session with the media at the weekend, the former GMD of FirstBank, Onasanya said The Address Homes is not just building places to live in, but a place to experience and explore, to connect and share memories.

“Real estate is something I have always looked forward to, right from my University days. I believe it is one of the key things that influences one’s impact in life. Food, clothing, and shelter are the three basic needs of every individual in the world. Real estate covers the need for shelter, which is important to everybody. It was born out of interest.

Speaking on the affordability of the estate company projects, Onasanya explained that while the homes are built to taste, there are flexible payment plans for potential homeowners.

“Often times people ask us when they are discussing the payment plan, I will say what’s important is for you to spread the payment to the construction projects.

“What’s better, our properties all come with flexible payment options, so that you can get your own home long before you are done paying for it. We allow people to dictate to us within a particular time frame how they want to structure their payment during construction.

Speaking further, Onasanya said his firm is also contributing to the housing deficits in the country with over 250 housing units, adding that some have been completed and handed over while some are still ongoing in various highbrow areas in Lagos.

“We follow all our home owners, and make sure we provide facilities such as 24/7 security, water, power and many more, including a warranty of minimum of five years to 10 years on the structure.

Speaking earlier, the Marketing Manager of the company, Olusegun Ogunbiyi said all properties developed by The Address Homes adhered to strict safety and quality standards that are certified by the Lagos State Building Control Agency at every step of all construction.

According to him, the estate firm has successfully delivered numerous contemporary homes, and some are still under construction.

“One of our projects is what we call the Luxuria on Alexander Road, which is situated along Alexander Road, Ikoyi. It is a state-of-the art luxurious apartments, maisonettes and pent houses designed to cater for all requirements, fusing form and function in natural light-filled spaces of delight with top range of amenities.

Ogunbiyi explained that The Address Homes has taken the expected exquisite taste of its clientele into consideration by making sure the Luxuria is elegantly finished for aesthetic and functionality.

He also revealed that the Dan and Dan luxury apartments at Banana Islands, another project from the estate firm, are modern homes, which echo the elegance of contemporary style architecture.

“We will not put our name and brand on any project unless we are sure that it lives up to our standards,” he added.
