This liver meat is basically the liver organ of animals such as cows, ram, pigs, chicken and others. It is very easy to find or access in butcher shops or shopping malls. Liver meat is very cheap and affordable, that’s why so many people prefer it to other types of meat. And as much as it is healthy in terms of eyes and born health, liver meat also have some health risk. The point to note here is for people to eat liver meat with caution because too much of everything is bad.
