The driver, who was alleged to be the mastermind behind the crime, had been evading authorities since.
The personal assistant, who had since been arrested and paraded at the headquarters of the State Police Command, admitted to being influenced by the money and gifts given during her birthday celebration, which led to their decision to commit the crime.
Emmanuel has already been remanded at Olokuta Correctional Centre, pending legal advice from the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, DPP.
