Vitafoam Proposes N245.7 Million Dividend for 2015

Foam furniture and furnishings Major, Vitafoam has proposed a dividend of N245.7 million in its audited year ended September 30, 2015, according to its corporate action filed with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
This amount, the company disclosed, represents 25 kobo per share in the period under review.
“the dividend is subject to Shareholders’ approval and withholding tax,” Vitafoam said.
According to the company, the Register of Member and Transfer Book of Vitafoam will be closed from Monday 15th to Friday 19th February, 2016.
However, its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will come up on Wednesday March 2, 2016 at the Lagos Sheraton Hotel,Ikeja.
