Why bottled water is bad for your health and slowly killing you
There is a societal segregation which depicts that those who take bottle water are healthier than others. There are various types of bottle water brands but the major issue is the conviction and proof that the bottle water we consume on daily basis is actually healthy for our bodies.
Most bottle water companies make use of water which are not adequately treated for human consumption but due to the pressure to meet customer demands they tend to skip various healthy treatment procedures. Let’s delve into the major reasons why bottled water is dangerous to your health and is slowly killing you.
Plastic containers which hold water tend to leach chemicals into the water they hold. This happens when the bottle is exposed to heat like sunlight or increased temperature. Chemicals used in making the plastic water container may be extracted into the water contaminating it and making it unsafe for human consumption.
Most bottle water contain Bisphenol A, also known as BPA. This chemical is highly dangerous to the human body as it disrupt endocrine system and in most cases causes cancer.
Though some bottle water companies have claimed to use BPA free containers but there are other toxins which may cause harm due to their deposit in the water they hold.
Not to say that it’s totally wrong to take bottle water but to reduce the intake of this type of water and also buying bottle water directly from company helps to reduces the risk of the water being exposed to heat.
