World leader seeking re-election bares hairy chest to seduce young voters

France’s President Emmanuel Macron dislikes populism, and has derided Poland and Hungary—countries he believes his rival Marine Le Pen will ally with and facilitate a Frexit if she wins.

But Macron doesn’t mind exhibitionism—if it helps him win a re-election. Or woo voters.
