Looters descend on burning supermarket
Before firefighters and security agents arrived at the burning Next Cash and Carry Supermarket at Kado, Abuja, looters were already there.
And as the flames of the fire which started 8 am Sunday began to lick the merchandise in the supermarket, looters moved in and out carrying whatever their hands found to grab.
Among products looted were mattresses, drinks, and others.
The police however started arresting the looters.
Firefighters were busy dousing the inferno when the news broke early in afternoon.
