FROM EMEKA NWULU, OWERRI
THE All Progressive Congress (APC) in Imo State has expressed dismay over what it described a purported act to rig Imo rerun election in the state.

According to him, Eos, REC and some officials especially corps members sent to the state for the election are all from Enugu state as a smart arrangement by Chief Emeka Ihedioha with the state INEC Chairman to rig the election.
He opined that the surprising one to the party is when Prof. Moris Iwu formal INEC Chairman and Chief Emeka Ihedioha Cousin and Senator Ike Ekweremadu is been drafted for the same election which he condemned as an act against the electoral law.
He said their intension is nothing but to see that what played out in Enugu repeated itself in Imo.
Chief Eke stated that the party irrespective of their involvement has no plan to contradict the electoral law and scuttle the election but warning that such will not be condoled by the party.
